I have a situation where the power to my house goes out at least 1-2 times a month. When it does, the metobridge seems to startup fine but hangs trying to get an update when it starts. This is understandable as it takes about 5 minutes after a power blip for the internet connection to come back. Is there a way to tell it to delay startup for 10 minutes or repeat trying to get on the net?
The only way I have found to fix it, is to log in and tell meteobridge to reboot again or unplug and replug it in when I know the internet link is up.
is this possible?
Delay the startup of metobridge?

Re: Delay the startup of metobridge?
I guess it is then stuck at fast blinking mode.
What I could do is to issue a reboot, when it is in fast blink mode
and cant connect for a certain amount of time. Would that help?
I think this does not put any harm to other situations.

I think that would work? I never looked to see if it was blinking or not, I would assume it is. It just takes some time sometimes when the power comes back for the internet to fully restore.

I think adding the USB stick will also be a good solution.vastator wrote:I think that would work? I never looked to see if it was blinking or not, I would assume it is. It just takes some time sometimes when the power comes back for the internet to fully restore.
When there is an internet connection when the device has to reboot, all is OK
or
when there is no connection, the latest good version is loaded from he USB stick.
