Meteobridge uploads incorrect pressure to CWOP **solved**

Post by mjc775 »

I just switched uploading to CWOP from Davis WLIP to Meteobridge. You can see the in the raw data when the switch was made on May 22 at 0750z: http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/rawwx.cgi?call=N7FEQ Notice that Meteobridge adds 4 mb to the pressure. The Live Data tab in Meteobridge shows the correct data - about 4mb less that what the CWOP data shows. :?:

When you have a console firmware of 3.x and altitude settings at Meteobridge and console are ok,
then Meteobridge reports correct altimeter pressure, which is what CWOP requires.

This has been discussed and analyzed many times with CWOP fellows and Meteobridge is fine there
since I made use of LOOP2 packets (FW 3.x), but Weatherlink from Davis has issues...
