MeteoBridge 2.2 worked great for 1 year, then this!

Weather station is Davis VantagePro 2 installed at a public school with the whole technology group scratching their heads. I feel happy to have found this forum.

We were sending data to wunderground for about a year when our system stopped working (back in March). We've tried lots of things, but nothing has worked and we are now 2 months without weather data.

Platform: TL-MR3020 from Ambient Weather
Software: Linux 3.3.8 mips (BE), FW 1.0, Metrobridge 2.2 (3839).

As far as the hardware, we have the Davis console connecting to the meteobridge (with the usb 1.0 to usb 2.0 hub connected). We removed the hub and tried a different one, but no change. We have also unplugged/taken batteries out of console and brought it back up with no difference.
Connection from meteobridge to internet seems fine, since we can get to the meteobridge dashboard online to view configuration/read errors. The dashboard shows that the last weather data recorded was in March. The error is:
station 0 (Vantage), can't open device /dev/ttyMH: No such file or directory

Not sure how this fits in, but originally we contacted Wunderground when we saw that our station was no longer on their site. They said they took our site down becuase they were getting bad data (-99 degrees, etc).

Any idea what we can do next? Is there a firmware update I need to look at? If so, where do I get it and how do I install it? THanks

Hi, could you please send the MAC of your Meteobridge to "info(at)meteobridge.com".
If you don't object I might login and see what might have caused this.

Inspecting things a bit more in detail I discovered that you have "try USB first" selected and that does seem to make problems. I made a work-around that fixes this for the moment, but will start looking deeper into this.

Anyway, it should work again fine now.

Thanks for looking closer at this. At this time it still does not seem to be working.
