Question for raw data

Hi,

It would be great if there was a way (e.g. a math) to calculate directly from the Raw Data files any weather information you want for a given day. For example, I would like to have the mean temperature for 10/12/2012 and display it as a numerical value in an HTML template. Since I have the Raw Data for December 2012, which way can I use them in order to have the desired values for any specific day of this month?
