Cannot locate export files EXP06_14.CSV

Where are the export files located and how do you access them?

The userguide says on p11 "/data/export/" but have tried every tree combination of:
http://10.0.1.5/cgi-bin/meteohub.cgi/data/export

secondary Q: is there a batch export facility? ie export all historical data.

I have a researcher who wants all my weather data going back to Dec 2010.
