Setup

I just setup a new meteohub-rpi. No matter what I did the system could not detect my Vantage Vue.
Is there a special setting for the Vue?
Do I need a usb hub like the meteobridge?
Is there a setup instruction for this?


Also I keep getting the following error:

error connect socket 127.0.0.1:5555 :Connection refused
Warning: Data logging has been halted

It also complaints about expired license even though I am on demo
Any ideas?

Hi,

From what I can see the time on either Meteohub or your Davis kit is out of sync. The log shows that you are communicating:

You can extend the demo license by going to the maintenance page and do an update. I believe the current version last until July.
