Change emergency IP 192.168.1.77

¿Could I change the emergency IP? I'm porting meteohub to another hardware, and I think that there is a problem with the internet conection due to a IP collision.

A Techie hint would be something like:

cd /etc
grep -r 192.168.1.77 *

and then... fix your problem. And there is nothing that google would have no answer for it
