change the image send it to wunderground?

Is any chance to change the image sendit trhough FTP (wounderground camera)? why this, i want to change the config of my camera, use a normal pic (HD) of my camera to my website and use a very low quality to wunderground!.

WU can pick images from an URL. So simply put a low res version somewhere
on your web server and let WU load from this URL.

You can also use "Meteobridge Weather Camera" feature, where the pic is uploaded as original and as
a converted version (you can specify imagemagick conversion parameters) to the Meteobridge server.
WU can pick your converted image from there.
