System-reboot after erroneous data is sent to weather underground, you should wait a while before sending ?. WMRS-200 station

Problem is a bit different, WU inserts funny values for data not provided. As there are
users that have some sensors missing, I can hardly wait with sending until all data being
there. But doing some kind of a wait might be an option. I will think about this.

I have the same issue with AcuRite 5-n-1 with Meteobridge. The out of range values knock me off of WU. If I know I am going to shut the bridge down or reboot it, I can go in and disable the WU uploads (and then re-enable a few minutes after the bridge boots). This is a pain.
