Connection issue with Vantage Pro 2

Hello,

I started the discussion in another thread (viewtopic.php?f=56&t=9981) but it marked as solved so I start my own here.

I have this kind of log on the Sytem tab:

Admin said that is was because there was no USB HUB between the datalogger and the bridge. So I purchased one and installed it.
Result: we still have that error and sometimes we lose live data.

Is there anything I can do?

It works for hundreds of users fine, so no idea what goes wrong with your setup.
