Push Service - HTTP Request

I am using the HTTP request push service and attempting to push data every 5 seconds.

This has been working for awhile, but it seems recently after 'awhile' (a few hours maybe) the HTTP requests get 'behind'

See below - you can see the system time is '20:41' but the last HTTP success request is '20:23'

Is this an issue anyone else has seen before ?
