Sending wind0dir.act=endir in sql

Post by SeasalterSailor »

The only problem we have identified in sending sql data to our remote server is wind direction in cardinal points does not work. The failed sql message shows the correct data, e.g. NNW or SW or NE etc, but format is the field - tried adding quotes but receiving database will not accept any string of data with the 'endir' option in it.

Anyone have any ideas?

When Meteobridge does generate a SQL request as expected, I can't see how to help.
It is designed for mySQL. Which database are you using?
Could you please post the SQL statement here, may be someone can spot an easy to solve mistake.
