mr3020 can't see usb hub **solved**

Hi,
I'm having trouble getting my mr3020 to see a usb2.0 hub (on the system page it says no hub). Ironically if I connect the Davis Pro2 usb logger directly to the mr3020 the data seems to flow fine. The mr3020 is running the latest 2.6 software and provides power to the hub (its leds light up). I've tried rebooting the mr3020 with no result. The hub is a 4 port model. Any suggestions?

update: the hub appears to be faulty. Hold fire until I do some more testing...

The hub was faulty. Replacement appeared on second reboot.
