This is not on the todo list so far. List of supported stations is rather long. When a new station shows up with a good market potential I am keen to add this. If something like a generic feed really has a market that justifies development effort, I can't say for now. Let's see if others also opt for this...

I would like to know if there is any limitation on the size of the external USB flash device. I see the internal is 16GB. Is this a good size for the external flash drive?

As long there is meteohub with this feature this is no problem. And as You know me, I would prefer a Meteohub Pro anyway.

No limits to my knowledge. Meteobridge PRO can deal with FAT32 and EXT2/3/4 file systems, so even very large files or partitions should be handled fine (at least when using EXT/3/4)

BTW: internal USB storage is 8GB
