MB PRO: Data Export -> Yesterday not work. **solved**

Post by tofe »

When exporting data at 00:15 programmed is indicated with the same settings as in this picture, this will not work. When set to "on each new day" works of export, but still partly missing the data of 23:59. Can this be reproduced?

I tried with 00:15 and it generated a file in export folder that looks fine.
You write, that it did not work. Was no file generated in export folder?

I will test "on each new day" feature now and will report back tomorrow.
When your station has not sent data in 23:59 no data will be there.
We 'll see what my test will deliver.

Since restarting the MB PRO Export at 00:15 works great. :)

I also verify that the data for 23:59 is missing when the Data Export service is set to: "on each new day", time frame is set to "Yesterday", resolution is set to "minutes", and template is "standard-iso".

As an example, I am copy-pasting the data in the exported TXT file from the last 5 minutes of yesterday:

2016-02-12,23:55,9.3,82,6.4,1023.3,0.0,0.0,270,0.0
2016-02-12,23:56,9.3,82,6.4,1023.3,0.0,0.0,270,0.0
2016-02-12,23:57,9.3,82,6.4,1023.2,0.0,0.0,270,0.0
2016-02-12,23:58,9.3,82,6.4,1023.3,0.0,0.0,270,0.0
2016-02-12,23:59,,,,,0.0,0.0,270,

The 23:59 data is missing every day (i.e., I have observed this over several days).

Thanks for the help.

Might be that data for last minute not already written when started within first minute of day change.
Please use "execute on specific time" and set to 00:15. That works and does what you intend.

BTW, I changes something in the latest code to also have the "on day change" trigger closing the last minute before midnight before starting the export. Will need to test this...
