System Buffer @ 100% - MB Locks

Seems as though when there are 1000 items in the buffer - 100% full, my MB locks. A reboot clears the buffer and it all works again. Why does this happen?

Buffer fills when data cannot be sent to one of the selected weather networks.
MB should not stall when buffer is full, but you can also avoid this by not
making use of "try forever" option with weather networks.
