How to get some support?

I paid a LOT of money for this tiny box hoping it would make my life easy. Instead all I have are cryptic red warning messages and blinking unexplained lights on the box itself. Posts in other threads are going unanswered.

This is about to be returned if I can't get some help. For paying huge money I expect a better result.

Like the rest of us with anything that is new first read the book, secondly read the book again or in this case the Wiki

Start with the options down the left side, from the top down. You won't become an instant expert overnight but everybody has had to start here. Paying any amount of money will not help you understand anything.

The MB PRO is mainly for tons of features, not necessary to be the most easy to setup solution.
However, I am happy to help, but as always I need details to understand where you are stuck.

1) "cryptic red warning messages"
Do you mean the ones on the web interface? They are meant to guide you through the necessary setup steps by telling you which tabs still to visit and which parameters to set before done. If there is any special message that is confusing, please post here.

2) "blinking"
Do you need help on understanding the meaning of the LEDs on the front panel? The leaflet attached to the package does give a short explanation, but may be it is too brief. Please ask.
