All points x value undefined *SOLVED*

Post by joshua »

I'm experiencing a problem with generating graphs. For some reason two of my sensors won't generate in the "scalar data in 3d on a time plane" setting. When I display the graph I get:

Code: Select all

splot '< /srv/www/cgi-bin/day.cgi th0-hour1 20070601 20070631' using 2:4:($6*9/5)+32 with pm3d title "Temp"
                                                                                                           ^
"/tmp/meteocGFi4C", line 36: All points x value undefined

Content-type: image/png
This happens for my outside temp and my rain sensor. Both sensors report information in the dashboard.

Most commonly this problem is due to one of three errors:
1. You specified a time period where you don't have any data for that sensor. (Verify that you set the year and month correctly!)
2. You forgot to specify the sensor on the graph page (it's not enough to specify "rainfall", you must also tell it to use rain0!)
3. The aggregated weather data for that sensor and time-bucket is missing or in error.

For the third error, try recomputing your aggregated weather data (button on the Maintenance page) and see if that resolves the problem.

Man I'm an idiot. I totally missed the time setting above the graph definitions. Thank you VERY much for taking the time to answer my post.
