MB Pro start with FORMAT - FORMAT FAILED

Hello
now my New Meteobridge PRO wont start during Startup red LED Flash slow and then faster. Display show FORMAT and after some time FORMAT FAILED. I try also to start with USB Stick and Recovery Files then sometime start MB, but after restart without USB Stick, same error like before. Ist a Memory Problem?
What can i do now?
