SMB Share - Port# ** Solved **

Does the MBPro SMB share support a port#? If so what is the port# as the standard 145/139 doesn't do much.

SMB share is on standard ports and works fine in the LAN. Nothing special here.

Yes works fine on the local side but have not been able to work on the WAN side remotely with standard ports.

I am not an expert here, but it looks like you are dealing with the wrong ports:

Now have this working forwarding the Pro IP to port 445 on the router, Pro is also forwarded to port 80, router is 8080. To access the WLIP which uses the same port as the Pro will have to delete the Pro forwarding and forward to the WLIP IP
