Open file for write failed

I'm trying to change my MeteoBridge to a static IP address. When I make the change, I get an "Error: Open file for write failed (/root/meteobridge.conf): No space left on device." How do I fix this error? My guess is it's just log storage, but I don't see where I can clear logs. When I go to the System tab, I see that it's been online for 283 days. It's otherwise working fine.

Any suggestions?
