Mit dieser Version wird erstmalig mehrsprachiger Support für die Web-Oberfläche eingeführt.

Änderungen gegenüber V2.7b:

* Erweitert den WD-Live HTML code (/public/myweb/uploads/wdlive.html), so dass WD-Live auch korrekt mit dem IE angezeigt wird.
* Sortiert bei der Verwendung von RFXCOM die Sensoren auf der Senmsor-Seite nach Typ und ID.
* Fehler, dass unter bestimmten Bedingungen die Berechnung der Wetterdaten nicht anläuft und auf "watet" stehen bleibt, wurde behoben.
* Ermöglicht eine mehrsprachige Benutzeroberfläche durch Sprachdateien. Das Handbuch beschreibt dies ausführlich in Anhang I.

Changes since V2.7b:
* Fixes WD Live html code (/public/myweb/uploads/wdlive.html) to make it fully compatible with IE
* Sorts sensors in RFXCOM mode according to type and id.
* Fixes a bug that inhibits starting weather data recomputation (status remains at "waiting" for ever) under certain circumstances.
* Supports true multi-language capability for the web interface by means of language files. Manual explains this in details in appendix I.

A seemingly small change, but it makes "at a glance" comparisons on the Sensor page much easier.

PS. Maybe worth mentioning that for existing RFXCOM users the update itself doesn't cause a re-sort - you need to update, then click "Sage & Restart Data Logging".
