Meteobridge - internal access stops after a time

Post by tygunn »

Hello,
I'm running a Meteobridge installation on a TP-Link TL-MR3020. After powering it up, I can access the device's webpage from my browser via the device's internal IP address.
If I wait a few days I cannot connect to the device (its still sending data to Weatherunderground) via HTTP. Any tips on how to get around this?

May be local IP has changed because your router does not have reserved a fixed IP for the MAC of your Meteobridge?

I'll try setting a static IP For the meteobridge and see if that helps. I'll post an update when I do that.

Assigning a static IP seems to have improved accessibility via the web.
