Weather Cam

As currently configured what does the MB do to the video?
Seems like I can connect my new webcam on the <station> tab using the local URL 192.168.0.104:88 and then FTP the images by setting up weather underground camera under the <weather nets> tab.

My question is does it just pass that data through as is? I saw the "Weather Cam Image Handling" article, for when I have time.
