Some users have asked me about alternatives. The one that I found first is http://www.webcam.io. They have a free plan, but this is just holding pictures for a day. Longer lasting plans are provided on a monthly fee.
With just released Meteobridge version uploading to this service via FTP is rather simple. Please read description in the November 19, 2017 release notes: http://meteobridge.com/wiki/index.php/Forum

It needs most recent Meteobridge software to feed the service as it cannot handle the standard Meteobridge upload technique, where the file is first uploaded at a temporary name and then renamed to the target file. Doing so prevents your upstream processing to be confronted with a partially uploaded file. Unfortunately, the needed delete and rename options are not provided by the webcam.io ftp interface. Therefore, a straight upload to the target file has been implemented as a special rule for all "webcam.io" ftp uploads.
