software for the data linux or windows

i wish to had a tool that i can download the data from the meteohub and proses them

Meteohub offers export options for Weather Display and WSWIN.
WSWIN is Windows software, Weather Display is available for Windows and Linux. I use both, with Windows.
With Weather Display there is also the "Logging Protocol" option for communication with Meteohub - that's what I use (with Windows - I'm not certain if the protocol based link has been implemented in the Linux version of Weather Display).
