how is it defined - relativ to ??

it is relative in percent to the maximum radiation that could be achieved in that day of the year at your geographic location. So if you have a bright day it might get quite close to 100% during noon.

Can be very usefull this relative radiation.
I tried to create a similar item, but no success.
How do you calculate the max possible radiation for a day at specific location ?
