Meteotemplate API

New user here. I am trying to understand the live refresh on Meteotemplate and wind and wind gust. I am using the Current Conditions block, i have the upload interval set at 10 seconds, I have tried 30 seconds. Not all data is being refreshed (live feed). WInd Gust is the only one refreshing, seems like it to me. Wind updates at a longer interval. At times my WInd Gust is lower than the shown WInd (due to not refreshing). Is there any possible chance to get the Wind speed and WInd Gust and Wind Direction to refresh at the same time to whatever i have the Upload Interval set to? The database looks correct at 5 minute intervals, WInd Gust is higher than Wind Speed. My site is here if you want to see http://www.mckinneyfarm.com/template/indexDesktop.php
Or could you please explain to me why it does what it does is simple terms
