Flashing version 3 tp link mr 3020

I need help please...
I am trying to flash version 3 and have installed virtual box and am using mac os high sierra...
this is as far as I get...see screen shot please

Morning,
The problem was purely on my side ....ethernet cables inadvertently in different networks.
Followed instructions installed virtual box and downloaded flashing firmware....installed without any hiccup...BUT....I cannot get the meteobridge to connect wirelessly.
Works perfectly cabled.
Maybe I can send you a remote login link and password so that you can have a look for me...
I have quite a few meteobridge devices running and can for the life of me not figure out what I am doing wrong.
