TPlink 3.20 | firmware upgrade

Dear,

I have a TP-Link MR-3020 v1.9 bridge for davis pro 2,

TP link router with meteo sticker.
I tried to connect different ways to configure it but none works.
tried to reset by keep pressing reset button. not worked.
I connected power from USB and ethnet cable to lap.
Current status, power LED is on, RESET LED is blinking.
Can you please help to configure it?
