Quick Quest - noreadip?

The noreadip file - should this just be a empty txt file? "noreadip.txt" or should it be just an empty text file but with no . extension.... "noreadip"?

A file named "noreadip" (no extension) in "/public/log/" will block IP beeping. The contents of the file is not evaluated. Meteohub just checks for the file being existent.
