Nano SD - Capture History Timestamps

I have my SD card to convert my Nano to Nano SD. I understand I will have to replace my History data after the upgrade. I can take a screen shot, of Nano, to grab the data values, but how can I get the timestamps for the Max - Min (day, month, year, all)?

Is there a way to export this data, rather than having to manually record each item?
