Dashboard still not in English ** solved**

I upgraded to version 3.0 yesterday and noticed that my dashboard is not in english. I grabbed the version 3.1 update that was suppose to fix that and take the dashboard to version 1.9, neither of those were fixed.

Any Ideas?

looks like a browser cache problem. Please close your browser and try again. Try using another browser, to guarantee not an old version being in the cache.

Dashboard 1.9 works with multi languages.
