Getting Oops Page on Certain MB Tabs **solved**

Post by mthiessen »

I'm running a MB NanoSD. After the latest update the following tabs show a black page with some bare wires and "Oops...Remote access to your Meteobridge is not currently not available. Please try later and/or reboot your device."

I have rebooted and the same results. Other than that, everything appears normal. NanoSD is transmitting to 5 weather networks and the history shows is storing data.

Oops tabs:
-Network
-Station
-License
-Live Data

Anyone else experiencing this?
I should add I'm accessing this remotely because its located across the country.

My system:
Platform: Meteobridge NANO SD (ambientweather Version)
RAM: 125572 kB total, 49000 kB free (60% used)
Storage: swissbit SLC, 1826 MB total, 1775 MB free (3% used)
SW Version: Meteobridge 4.1 (Sep 14 2019, build 2430), FW 1.3

I used the Remote URL in a new browser window and it works fine now. What's weird is that the remote URL from the original window is the same as the URL in the new window where it's working. When examining the URL's for the tabs in the original window they are all the same except for the page number as would be expected. Strange because I haven't seen the "Oops" message before. In any case, it's all working now with the same URL as before. Maybe a browser issue.

I think this was due to an upgrade a few weeks back. are you running the latest update as of Sept 14th?

"Ooops" appears when remote tunnel is not working or when meteobridge at the end of a working tunnel does run into a proxy timeout of the tunnel. Anyway, it is an individual issue... something about the reliability of the connection between the meteobridge server and your router.
