MR3020 v3.20 does not work: where am I wrong?

I purchased a MR3020 v3.20 and I followed the instructions to load the meteobridge-tl-mr3020v3-v1.3.bin firmware. As a software I use Tftpd64 and in the folder I have inserted the renamed file tp_recovery.bin. The transfer takes place but at the end the power LED remains on, the reset / wps LED flashes and the internet led flashes. I can't access the device with ip and I don't see meteobridge.

When transfer worked fine (how do you know?), please read getting started section of www.meteobridge.com to find out the IP.
