Hello,
according to the specs, Meteostick can receive data from Vantage Pro 2 and Vantage Vue transmitters. What about an old Vantage Pro "1"? I am just trying this as second trnsmitter besides a Vantage Pro 2 ISS, but it doesn't seem to work. Configuration issue, or just not possible?
Thanks, Helmut
is reception from old Vantage Pro possible?

Re: is reception from old Vantage Pro possible?
Different communication config between VP(1) & VP2/Vue, they are not compatible
Re: is reception from old Vantage Pro possible?
Quick answer
yes, I knew that VP(1) and VP2 are not compatible - so Meteostick isn't VP(1) compatible either?
(I had hoped that, as Meteostick can handle the different RF frequencies between US and EU, it might also be able to handle the different protocols between VP1 and VP2)
Thanks anyway,
Helmut
