Importing data from WU into Nano SD

Hello,

I have my data in WU going back to 2009, and would love to upload this into my Nano which has data from 2018 when I bought it. I know a few people have extracted the data from WU and imported into the nano, and wondered if anyone can help? Is there a particular template to get the data into the Nano?
