Wrong monthly/yearly rainfall

Post by Vyborg »

Hi guys,

i use Meteohub + Wdl and everything works fine with the exception of the yearly/monthly rainfall. I have already recoputed many times data and also updated the software (3.3b), but the problem stays.
For example yesterday it showed 2mm yr/mn rain and today it shows 970mm
My page is www.meteostatuario.altervista.org.
Has anyone passed this kind of problem?

Thanks to all and happy 2009 :)

What weather station do you have?

Is the error also there if you plot a graph with rain data with Meteohub.

The station is a Davis V pro2.
I can't plot graphs. it displays this message:
"plot '< /srv/www/cgi-bin/goto.cgi rain0-hour1 20090101000000' using 1:5 axis x1y1 title "pioggia" with lines linecolor rgb "#ff0000", '< /srv/www/cgi-bin/goto.cgi th0-hour1 20090101000000' using 1:2 axis x1y2 title "temp" with lines linecolor rgb "#00c000" ^ "/tmp/meteo8vKMqn", line 35: all points y value undefined! "all points y value undefined" signifies that you need to recompute your weather data.

Maintenance page > Recompute, and then wait for a bit while it does its data crunching, then try again.

could you please forward ports 22 and 7777 on your router to the LAM IP of your Meteohub and send your WAN IP via email to "info(at)meteohub.de"

This would allow me to have a look at your setup. Otherwise it is hard to find out what the reason might be.

you should be able to reach the meteohub web interface on backup port 7777. switch back http port settings to 80 as a first step.

There is usually no need to change http-port settings in Meteohub itself. When you need access from the outside on different ports, let that do your router by it's forwarding rules.

The PC you are browsing from needs to be in the same subnet as Meteohub. Is your PC's LAN IP address something like "192.168.1.x"? If not, please give you PC an IP like "192.168.1.100" and try to reach Meteohub again.

when you send you WAN IP to info(at)meteohub.de I could try to login from here and see what is going on.
