Meteobridge NANO: web server unresponsive

Post by 36260 »

Hello,
At 18:17:30 the Web server (admin interface) became unresponsive. However the device is pingable, which means the WIFI connexion is up. It happens from time to time, and it recovers by itself. This time it lasts longer than "usual". I'm running the latest build ( NANO PRO released August 18, 2020)
Beside powering off the console that will stop logging, what else to do?
EDIT
So I had to unplung Nano HD module, plug it back and it resumed to normal operation. Could we have some insights of what could be the reason of this crash. It has to be noticed that SSH to Meteobridge did repond during that time.
At the same time, Meteohub is still running on an RPi without a glitch.
Thank you

if you email Boris and allow him remote access to the Nano he can check your device.

What colour handle is your Nano (Black or Red) and what is the power rating of the power supply?

Red. 1A
Wifi is not set to maximum power. The AP to which it is connected reports maximum signal strength.

How is the console powered? mA rating of the supply? Batteries additionally inserted?

Again the 25th at 21:52 the Web server became unresponsive and recovered itself a minute or less after. And then it became unresponsive at 3:52 this morning forever. So I had to unplug again the module and plug it back. Bare in mind that when the Web service is unresponsive so are SSH and SCP. However the module is still pingable (typically 1ms response time). Log of the Wifi AP does not show any anomalies. They are no log that I'm aware off that could help us to troubleshoot this issue.
Edit
In terms of events there are
1 HTLM generation every 1'
1 HTML generation every 5'
2 alarms
1 SFTP upload triggered by the 2nd HTML generation
3 Weather nets uploads (1 every 5", 1 every 1', 1 every 5')
