how can i get old data from meteoplug

I bought a nanoSD. After some startproblems i have now a connection between the meteobridge and meteoplug. The meteoplug is now collecting data from the meteobridge. But I lost all the old data (5 years). How can I get that data in the new situation?

Did you change client MAC of an exisiting Meteoplug account? If so, please email me the old MAC. Having that I might be able to import this again (cannot promise, but a try). I guess you didn't export the old data before switching the MAC? Otherwise, you could simply import that data.

Yes I did change the mac address. And I have no idea what the old address was.But I have some iFrame contents, is the mac address a part of that link?
