Dumb Question - Mobile Broadband Card

Post by AAMFlyer »

I probably already know this answer - but I thought I would ask anyway...

Let's say I'm running meteohub on a fitpc slim and instead of getting internet from wireless or wired lan - I plugged into the USB port a mobile broadband wireless card like from Verizon to get internet service....would it work... I'm assuming no as it probably needs Windows and drivers etc...but thought I would ask...

Meteohub supports huawei E160 usb umts/g3 sticks. But this is still experimental. If you have one, give it a try.
