Editing Rainfall totals **solved**

Post by woolfg »

Hi

There was a recent bug in the way meteobridge handled the tipping bucket size with WeatherLink which has now been fixed

However this has resulted in incorrect monthly and yearly totals in meteobridge compared to the WeatherLink data

Can someone tell me if it is possible to change the totals in meteobridge and if so - how

I do have a nightly backup of the database but I dont know how to access the file

Kind Regards

You can edit the "rain0total" data on an hourly level on the "historical" tab. Changes done there will trigger a recomputation of the overarching time frames.

Hi

Thanks - yes i did realise that but I dont want to trawl through every hour of about 13 days

I only have daily totals - not hourly

Just pick an hour of the day and compensate the total for the day in one step. If you want to correct on hourly level, it will be some work.

But what would you expect? A daily value to change which is then in contradiction with hourly data?
That realy would be provoking trouble with inconsistent data.
