Events processing stopped for some events

Post by robr57 »

Hi,
I have multiple recurring Events defined. But some events do stop after some time (days) (eg. FTP).
Also a script for Backup, defined as run once per day. This will only run when I do a reboot and then trigger it with a Test. Then it will run one or 2 days and stops running.

I also have an automatic reboot script, to run once each day, but this is never executed.

Any idea where I can find the logs for this ? The System - Logging page does not show anything , last records are :
logger (16.11.2020 18:49:08): waiting for sensors (wind0, rain0, th0, thb0) to provide data.
logger (16.11.2020 18:49:08): services paused.
database (16.11.2020 18:49:43): database sync done (72 tables, 197/2940 writes).
logger (16.11.2020 18:50:08): sensors are now providing data.
logger (16.11.2020 18:50:08): services started.
These are the settings in Events.

Do you see "buffer" status ("System -> Information" tab) filling up to 100% when it stops triggering events?
Are you running most recent SW?

Thanks,
Yes, latest sw in use : running SW-versie: Meteobridge 5.0 (Nov 21 2020, build 14088),

As the system now does the reboot each day, it seems solved. I did put the reboot script on the local storage iso using the reboot option from the pulldown.

I will check when it stops next time.

when it stops again and you give me remote access I am happy to have a look. Just from the posting alone I really don't have an idea. I asked about the SW version as a problem where dashboard updates were sometimes stalled because of a problem in the triggered php script was fixed a few weeks ago.

Do all services come to a full stop or just some?
