After 3 years of successful use of my MB Pro (red), it all came tumbling down after my recent firmware upgrade ... here goes ...
I updated to the latest firmware upgrade – and enabled the ‘per minute’ setting and 24 hours later, I noticed a series of error messages that said the data was “locked” (sorry – didn’t get a screen capture before attempting to reset factory default)
I have attempted what I understood to be the instructions for factory reset (choose factory reset when the red light is flashing), but it doesn’t seem to have reset
The error when accessing the MB Pro is “Bad Gateway Error”
I was wondering:
Are there specific instructions for the MB Pro factory reset settings? I have searched the web and MB forum, but I cannot locate the step x step instructions re: factory reset.
Everything was working perfectly until I switched on ‘per minute’ data collection – or it could be a hardware issue. What is causing the bad gateway, I wonder, because unless I can factory reset, I cannot access the settings?
I can see the device on my network, and can login to the default sign-in page (with username and password) however after logging in, I receive “bad gateway” error.
I can SSH into the MB Pro, but don’t know what command I could use to initiate a factory reset that way?

Re: Latest MB Pro firmware has thrown me
When you give me remote login, I can inspect further. As symptoms don't give me a clue, I can't help without remote access.
