Hello.
About 2am last night my nano SD went offline. I am now struggling to get it to connect. I did a reset with the button and have pulled the whole unit out. I have also reset the router. The unit just carries on blinking and does not go online. I am not able to connect to the unit using my usual url (192.168.1.128).
When I go into my route settings the meteobridge does not appear on the list of connected devices. The only think I can see connected is something called: udchp-1-19-4-VD-Linux- Vdlinux
Never had this problem and not sure how to rectify.
I am not great with router settings/networking so please be gentle!
Really grateful for any advice.
Paul
Nano SD will not connect ** Solved **

Re: Nano SD will not connect
Just tried a full factory reset and that did not seem to resolve anything. It just keeps blinking. I was expecting the temporary “meteobridge” WiFi network to appear after I did the factory reset, but it never came. The unit just keeps cycling through rapid blinks, slower blinks and static red LEF and then starts blinking again?

Re: Nano SD will not connect
Looks like a power problem to me. Do you have a 1A power supply connected and batteries included and backlight off?
Re: Nano SD will not connect
Boris,
It could well be a power issue as I noticed the hamster has chewed through the power supply cable, so the unit was probably just running on batteries. I have new batteries in and have ordered a new power supply.
I assume the Nano needs both batteries and powers supply to be able to connect to a network?
Whilst I have been experiencing these issues the Nano has connected to the network and started uploading data to weather34 a couple of times. The upload/network connection only lasted very temporarily before it lost connection and went into the LED blinking/static sequence continually.
Fingers crossed the new powers supply sorts the problem.

Re: Nano SD will not connect (solved)
Boris was spot on with his diagnosis of my issue. The hamster had chewed through the power cable and so there was obviously not enough power to get the SD working properly.
I order a new power supply which fixed the problem in seconds!
