Unable to login over web...

Update...
Erm, one more reboot, (re)accept the license and all back to normal. Post below left for the curious.

Ok, so this is weird, and is either 'something quite interesting' or 'so embarrasing I should hide'. Using a Meteobridge pro, wired network, the web page no longer shows the login message and usual UI, but just shows:
Meteobridge (Click to start manually)

(see picture 1)
If I wait or click, it navigates to http://192.168.0.200/cgi-bin/meteobridge.cgi with a browser error 'Problem loading page'.

I've tried from my usual Windows PC using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE and from Linux using Chrome and/or Firefox. Bizarely, it is still logging data to my own API just fine (see picture 2).

So I know its the correct IP (becuase I get the Meteobride text)
If I click on Meteobridge nothing happens
Data is being logged
I've rebooted twice today (20/5/2021) to see.

Any suggestion?

Hmm, so I tried 'one more reboot', and this time was presented with the license screen and had to tick the 'i accept', after which everything is fine.

Weird.
