When I first put NSLU2, Meteohub and WMR968 together, I thought at first I'd bricked the NSLU2. So I bought a second one for about $40 as a standby.
I was frustrated that the webcam feature of earlier Meteohub versions didn't work very well. I've seen references on the Forum to using IP webcams. But is there any easily installed software that would turn my standby NSLU2 and a cheap USB camera into an IP webcam?
I really enjoy the present setup. I'm in Arizona, my station remains home in Michigan. I read its output on Wunderground, and I can get into it, if needed, say, to check my house interior temperature.
NSLU2 + USB webcam - Meteohub = IP webcam?

You might have better luck with this question on the NSLU2-Linux site and forums -- there's an old wiki on webcams there that might be a good starting point to determining which OS and drivers you need.

On my hw (alix1d) the webcam feature doesn't work so I choose an IP CAM precisally a C54NETCAM2 from Conceptronics...I'm very-very happy with that solution!
