Thank you for emails,pm etc and I do understand the disappointment but understand how disappointed I actually feel to read an email full of almost hateful rhetoric when numerous non Davis hardware owners unleash their frustrations on me without actually bringing anything to the table or leave no room for discussion. the endless bullshite how one is better than the other or some emails starts with “it’s unacceptable “ it works both ways but Im rather thicker skinned than some would like to imagine and I simply will hit where it hurts without engaging if it is unjustified ,thats why I've reverted to Davis hardware only support which is where I was back in 2018 which then was NANOSD only, so its not a new approach for those long term users..

I reiterate once again there are many alternative templates available via various forums just find one your comfortable with , one that meets your requirements and collaborate with whoever to perhaps improve or fine tune to your liking.

remember its free and i owe you nothing , you owe me nothing .if you put a price tag on your time then thats your problem..

Good morning

today I go sign for my boat so my mornings for the foreseeable future are taken up so hopefully the ALT/OS theme delivers some of those requests received .

it should resemble something like this if using a Vantage Pro2 plus setup .thanks for all input , ideas this week. some ideas just didn't work in design unfortunately it happens but sometimes revisiting the idea with some thought it materializes .

Thought id share this Mac App Plash I've been using for a few days basically allows you to convert your weather dashboard into a desktop wallpaper background .
the logic is quite simple simply add a url and the url then becomes a desktop permanently still with full access to desktop icons etc .

Its a free App No Adverts or annoying monthly fees ,available on Mac app store https://apps.apple.com/app/id1494023538 no idea if its backward compatible with older Mac OS .

you can disable it at anytime just accessing to the top toolbar icon .

Brian, alas PLASH only works on the very latest Mac OS 11 (I'm on Mac OS 10 because the podcasts app in MacOS 11 is shocking....)

hello Jason not owning anything previous Mac OS versions installed,hence no idea if it’s compatible.

re colors its doable but its a tedious task and not sure of the wider audience will benefit, as above im picking up paper work for my boat i just bought later today,so much of my morning time for the foreseeable future which i tend too do template stuff is gone for a while to do anything you mentioned.im ok with adding small ideas ,fixes but your idea(s) could require some focus..
I meant to mention your ideas on colors for charts i didnt go ahead because need to match them to template modules that use a similar scheme . not in a position to do large scale changes because guarantee ill mess up somewhere ..that said feel free to make it a winter project for yourself be interesting to see the outcome .but please don’t distribute any updates would probably break them if there not implemented in the master.

I'd just like to report an error after the last update - 16th September
The Davis Forecast module (weather34-davisforecast.php) icons have become out of place.
I have attached an image.
