Can you explain what exactly you mean by RAW data ?
Then I might also provide an answer ..
Maybe you describe your scenario and what you want to do ...

Let me explain better, in addition to the meteobridge I also have a meteohub and there I can make a backup directly of the files in raw format (I attach photos to better understand).

In Meteobridge you can create backups of its sqlite database or can export the data from the database by so-called export templates which create usually a CSV file. There are some basic templates that come with MB and you can create your own.
So you define the "raw" data you want to export and the interval (e.g. every minute, every 5 minutes every hour = when you make the export and also the minute data, 5 minute data, hourly data etc.).
Further details you can find in the MB WiKi (www.meteobridge.com)

I e.g. have MB make an export of all my minute based sensor data every hour and at midnight again the whole day minute based.
These exports are then periodically (hourly, right after the export) copied from the MB server to an external disk.
(Once per day would be enough, but the hourly export is to reduce the data loss in case of a database crash.)

Thanks for the answer, I already knew this procedure, I was interested in a raw file for convenience, 1 file per month and I had all the raw data.
