Hi,
I'm really interested in Meteohub and was wondering a couple things:
1. Can meteohub upload data in text or xml format? I see that it can upload graphs, but I'm more interested in the raw data itself like text or xml.
2. Can I ftp the data to my own web server?
Thanks!
Steven

Yes, and Yes. :)wdg wrote:1. Can meteohub upload data in text or xml format?

If you download the PDF manual you'll find that it is well written.
You might be especially interested in the sections 2.11.2 Data (esp. "all-sensors.xml" ) and 2.11.4 HTML Templates (don't be misled by the name, you can use the principles to write to other types of file too).
Re:Quick questions about Meteohub
Hehe, I was just reading the pdf when I got your reply! Looks pretty promising. So I'm thinking of buying a NSLU2 on ebay and then do the installation of meteohub. I'm not a linux guy or anything, so just asking, how difficult is the installation?
Oh yeah, it looks like I can ftp data to my website at 1 minute intervals. Is this the fastest?
Thanks!

Just a matter of following the instructions. It all ought to go smoothly.wdg wrote:I'm not a linux guy or anything, so just asking, how difficult is the installation?
With the NSLU2, the most likely source of difficulty would be the USB stick itself. They vary in quality considerably.
Any weird problem with NSLU2 Meteohub is almost certainly a stick problem...
